Baptism Welcome to all seeking to Baptize their child here at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish. We are here to help encourage you, to continue bringing up your child in the Catholic Faith. Parents and Godparents are the primary principal educators of the child to be Baptized. We celebrate the sacrament of baptism with infants at weekend Masses throughout the year. A preparation session is required if this is a couple's first child or if it has been more than three years since the last child was baptized. We offer the Baptism Preparation classes the Fourth Monday of every month at 7pm and runs for about an hour and a half.
