Fr. Gordon - Born and raised in Michigan City, Indiana, the eldest of five children— two brothers and two sisters. Two brothers live in Indiana and two sisters in Napa. Both parents are deceased. After quitting work at 39 to “find myself” moved to the Bay Area and returned to the Catholic Church through St. Dominic’s Church in San Francisco where he entered the Dominican Order and was ordained after 7 years of formation in 1994 at St. Dominic’s church in San Francisco. Fr. Gordon left the Dominicans to be incardinated into the Diocese of Santa Rosa. Prior to becoming pastor of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in 2002, he served two years as associate pastor at St. Helena Catholic Church, and three years in Detention Ministry, and in ministries listed below.
